My Progress
Weight
Your current height and weight are used to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). This is a measure that helps health care providers determine whether a person is carrying extra weight in relation to their height.

To measure your waist:
Start at the top of your hip bone, then bring the tape measure all the way around your body, level with your belly button. Exhale and gently pull the tape measure snug (but not tight--don't compress the skin). Then read the number on the tape.

We recommend setting a long-term goal that is achievable and realistic for you. As you make progress, you can divide this goal into smaller, more manageable weekly goals.
Talk with your health care provider about how much weight you may be able to lose while sticking with healthy eating habits and increased physical activity.
